We are not able to cancel or make changes to the order after that period of time.  Return & Refund Policy Arisara Bourique advice that you read the product descriptions and review the pictures before you place your order. Our return policy only applies if our products have obvious fault or damage, we will return the full refund and shipping. Any other reasons for returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the product and we will not be covering the shipping fees.
