Shipping Details

  • Orders are fulfilled within 1 - 7 days business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). 
  • This does not include courier pickup or delivery time. Orders completed after courier cutoff will be collected on the next business day.


    • Any orders processed over the expected timeframe will be upgraded to express shipping free of charge.
    • Made to order items such as customised items including lengths alterations has a 15 days turnover time. May be dispatched 2-15 working days.

  • Dresses can be tailored to requested length ( please mention the dress length in the note section before checkout). 
  • Any low stock item may require sewing work. Please email before any purchase if product is required urgently.

Cancellation of Orders

The cancellation of an order must be made within 24 hours. We are not able to cancel or make changes to the order after that period of time. 

Return & Refund Policy

Arisara Bourique advice that you read the product descriptions and review the pictures before you place your order. Our return policy only applies if our products have obvious fault or damage, we will return the full refund and shipping. Any other reasons for returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the product and we will not be covering the shipping fees.

The customer is responsible for ensuring all details provided at the time of order placement are complete and accurate. No refunds will be made due to incorrect customer detail from the customer side. 

Arisara Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen or mis-delivered packages. We will try our best to help, however the responsibility is left to the delivery service provider and it is not our responsibility. You can contact the shipping carrier through the tracking link.
