Thank you for choosing Arisara Boutique. We are committed to delivering exceptional products. To ensure an enjoyable and transparent shopping experience, we have designed our policy as follows:
We have a 14-day return policy on default items only, which means customers have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for faulty item.
Exchange:
We accept size exchanges for products that are in the same condition, depending on the availability of the product. If the product is not in stock for exchange, we regret to inform that exchange is not applicable and we will not be able to refund for the item. Please note that all size exchanges will be at the expense of the customer for a new shipment and return of the item. Customers must make an exchange request within 7 days of receiving the item.
To make an exchange request, please email us at arisaraboutique@gmail.com with the subject as the order number. In the email, kindly include the size received and the size you wish to exchange to. Our customer representative will guide you through the process.
Return / Exchange for Free Delivery Orders
- For a minimum order of $200 Australia
In cases of return, customer with free shipping benefits will only receive partial refund (shipping fees will be deducted from original payment) if requesting a refund instead of exchange. Exchange on non-faulty products will be in the expense of the customer for shipping and returning back the item.
Faulty products:
- We accept returns exclusively for items that are faulty or damaged upon receiving.
- Contact our dedicated customer service team with 14 days from the date of delivery received, providing comprehensive details and supporting images of fault or damage. Email: arisaraboutique@gmail.com
- Upon approval, we will guide you through the return process, offering a replacement or refund based on product availability. Shipping will be covered from our side.
Change of mind:
- Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for change of mind or other non-fault related reasons.
- Please take a moment to review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
- Please refer to chart for sizing or directly contact us for any help with sizing.
Customisable products:
- Customised products are non-refundable. Please review all customisation details before placing your order.
- In the rare event of fault or damage to a customised product, we will collaborate with you to find a suitable solution.
Returned/ Undelivered items:
If you do not receive your product after 20 days (International) or 7 days (within Australia), please contact us.
we acknowledge that there are various factors, such as postal service issues and unclaimed items, that may prevent the successful delivery of a product to the customer. If you encounter any difficulties with the delivery of your item, please contact us and we can assist you accordingly.
Postal Service issues:
In the event of any issue arising from the postal delivery service end, customers will be eligible for a full refund, including shipping cost.
Unclaimed items:
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, customers are required to collect their item from the postal carrier. Unclaimed items will be returned to seller. For any unclaimed item returns, customers must arrange for a new shipping label within 10 days of item’s return; customers are responsible for purchasing a new shipping label under their own expense. If the label is not purchased within 10 days, a refund for the item will be issued instead, excluding the original shipping fees paid by the customer.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
